The home is within the attractive and peaceful conservation area of Old Yardley, near to the 12th century parish church of St Edburgha’s, and offers comfortable and spacious accommodation with personalised care to the highest standards.

Yardley Grange Nursing Home is owned by Yardley Great Trust and operated by Yardley Grange Care. The home is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which regulates health and adult social care services in England, whether they’re provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies or voluntary organisations.

We were last inspected by the CQC In October 2016 and were judged to be "good" all round.

We are also monitored for quality by Birmingham Council, and by Birmingham Cross City Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). In the 2016/17 quality audit carried out by the CCG, Yardley Grange was classified as "Bright Green", the only home in Birmingham to achieve this.
